After two wooden staircases in the Moulin de Tartay farmhouse (31 steps with landings),
the accommodation comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room opening onto the kitchen
and a flat-screen TV.

An external laundry room is available.
Secure automatic gate and separate entrance to Le Moulin de Tartay.
The Moulin is under surveillance by exterior cameras.
The grounds are fenced and secure (12,000 m2).
The garden features an unsupervised 7 x 3 x 1.50 m heated swimming pool (open from April to September) protected by a wrought-iron fence and a C.E.-standard protective curtain. (a waiver will be requested from each guest for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a gantry under the responsibility of parents (open from March to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden gondola limited to 90 KG with cushions.
The garden is shared only with tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.
A private terrace with Barbecue and Braséro is available.
A soccer, beach volleyball and petanque pitch, as well as a basketball hoop, are also available.
Free parking.

Un lieu reposant et accueillant tant par la gentillesse des hôtes que par le cadre. Sandrine et Ludovic nous ont reçus durant 4 nuits et elles ont été vraiment agréables. Le logement où nous étions (Valentin) est spacieux, très très bien équipé, tout ce dont nous avions besoin durant notre séjour , même plus ! Que dire des extérieurs qui vont parfaitement avec le charme ancien de la demeure principale, la piscine a été très appréciée après une bonne journée de visite d'Avignon et des alentours.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, le charme de la Provence nous a séduit !
