​The housse of Tartay is an 1874 vacation home for 4 people (possibility of an extra person with an extra bed for a child or baby) of around 115 M2, independent and adjoining the owner's house, classified as
4-star furnished holiday accommodation
since January 24, 2024 .
It features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
The dining room is in front of the Moulin with its open kitchen, a large table for lunch and a library with information on local and regional life.
The living room features a sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a small laundry room with a tumble dryer.
On the night side, a large bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and television.
A second bedroom with two separate beds and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a washbasin and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
Outside, a private terrace with wooden table, barbecue and garden furniture is also available.
The garden features a heated 7 x 3 x 1.50-meter swimming pool (open from April to September) protected by a wrought-iron fence and C.E.-standard protective curtain. (a waiver will be requested from each guest for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a gantry under the responsibility of parents (open from April to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to September), a garden gondola limited to 90 KG with cushions. The garden and swimming pool are shared with Domaine of Mill of Tartay.
A soccer, beach volleyball and petanque pitch, a basketball hoop and a ping-pong
table are at your disposal.
A carport for one or one car.
An electric charging station for vehicles
(€10 extra per charge).
The 12,000 M2 grounds are enclosed and secure.
The establishment is under surveillance
by exterior cameras.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
A dog is on site, as are chickens, roosters and geese.
No parties on the estate.
No noise after 10 p.m.

​​Une belle adresse à vous recommander !
Magnifique gîte très bien équipé, confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Propriétaires très sympathiques soucieux de vous faire passer de belles vacances. Situation parfaite au pied d'un nœud autoroutier qui vous permet de visiter la région très facilement. Les équipements extérieurs sont pensés de telle manière que tous, enfants, adolescents et adultes puissent trouver de quoi se divertir. Encore merci à Sandrine et Ludovic pour leur accueil et toutes leurs charmantes attentions.
